Our Founder
Buffie True Lafayette is a native New Yorker born in Brooklyn. Pastor True has lived in Northern California for the last twenty-three years, where she is the founder, visionary, and pastor of True Free Love Ministries. She was ordained Pastor and Apostle in 2015 by her spiritual overseers, Bishops Peter and Diane Robinson of ANAMN.
Pastor True received her B.A. in Psychology at Patten University in Oakland, CA, and her MDiv at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. Pastor True has one biological daughter and her niece and nephew, whom she raised as her own and three grandsons.
Pastor True's heart is to see men and women in an authentic relationship with Christ Jesus. Ministering at the local jails and state prison is one of the many ways she invites people into a relationship with Christ.

Taylor Lafayette
Board Treasurer
TaylorSymone Lafayette has served at True Free Love Ministries for three years. She is the corporation’s Treasurer. She says, “I grew up knowing of the Lord but did not follow Him for many years. Since joining TFLM, I have a true relationship with our Lord and Savior, JESUS Christ, and I seek His face daily. My understanding and love for Him have deepened, and I credit this to the teaching of TFLM to stand on the Word of God and to speak the Word over our lives.” TaylorSymone is the mother of two toddlers who are the joy of her life. In addition to being a loving mother, she is pursuing her bachelor’s in health care administration from Grand Canyon University. TaylorSymone loves spending time with her family, enjoying the beauty of a wide range of culinary treats, and taking her boys on long drives to view the scenery.
Janese Bodin
Board Secretary
Janese has served at TFLM for three years and is the corporation’s secretary. Janese has a passion for writing and would love to turn her passion for writing into a ministry blog about the importance of having a relationship with God from the millennial point of view. My goal would be to reach those young adults who may or may not know of God, but after reading my blog, they have the desire to get to know Him on their own. Janese also serves on her HOA Board to be a voice for those who live on the property to see it kept clean, safe, and hospitable. Janese holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a master’s in legal studies. Janese enjoys reading, gardening, and listening to music.
Jordan Butler
Senior Director
Jordan Butler is the Senior Director at True Free Love Ministries. She has been a part of the True Free Love Ministries for two years. Jordan grew up catholic, not having a good understanding of how her relationship with Jesus should be; she said, “It was mostly just all about religion and learning through Catholicism.” Jordan acknowledges the growth she has experienced at TFLM just by opening up to the Lord and building a personal relationship. Jordan’s community service includes the Girl Scouts and, volunteering with her daughter’s class, and reading to the children in the class. Jordan is pursuing her bachelor’s in community health at Arizona State University, is married to her high school sweetheart, and the two are blessed to be the parents of three beautiful and amazing children. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to see new places.
Bobbie Hall
Board Member
Boobie Hall was born in Selma Alabama and raised in Mobile. She is the youngest of three girls born to Leo and Mary Alice Finklea. Bobbie has three children, Romy, and Sabrina Ann. Bobbie has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Care Technician for 20 years until she retired in 2007 when she moved to California. Bobbie has a deep love and passion for Gods people. Bobbie has been at TFLM for over a year and operates as a Prophet of the Lord. She enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.
Vivian Hutcheson
Board Member
Vivian Hutcheson has been married for 32 years to her wonderful husband Joseph Hutcheson. She is retiree who spends a lot of time with family. Vivian and Joe have been with TFLM for over two years. Vivian operates as a Prayer warrior and intercessor. Vivians's passion is prayer that brings the Kingdom of God down to Earth.
